Since winning the Big Break I, Justin has played on various mini tours. He currently has 41 victories on the Minor League Golf tour. With his back against the wall entering  Q-school in 2009, Justin rose to the occasion. It was his 11th attempt and he had never reached the finals. At first stage he shot 12 under and finished 5th to advance to the 2nd stage. He did not make a bogey until his 45th hole and hit the first 28 greens in regulation. 2nd stage should be referred to as “The Hump”. This is the hurdle that mini tour players strive to get past. Justin entered the final round of 2nd stage at 6 under par. He was two shots clear of the cut number. He shot 2 under on the front nine to increase his cushion to 4 shots. The nerves and excitement were starting to increase. He stepped up to the par 3 11th hole at The Hombre in Panama City Florida. He watched as his 8 iron one hopped into the hole for his 7th career hole in one. His final round 67 left him in 4th place and a trip to the Finals of the PGA TOUR Qualifying Tournament.

After struggling at the final stage, he was left with poor conditional status on the Web.com Tour. He was lined up to only get 1 or 2 starts for the year, unless he earned money for the reshuffle. Now his objective was to Monday qualify and earn some cash. He Monday qualified in Louisiana and then missed the cut. A couple weeks later he qualified again in Valdosta Georgia. This time he finished 31st and reshuffled up the list. Justin played 23 events on the Web.com Tour in 2010 making 15 cuts. He was the only player on the tour to make the last 9 cuts in a row. An 82nd place finish on the money list gave him conditional status for 2011. Justin struggled in 2011 and 2012. He did play in 3 Web.com events in 2012 by virtue of qualifying twice and finishing in the top 25 once. Justin has played in a total of 4 PGA TOUR events and 40 Web.com Tour events. He has made 17 cuts on the Web.com Tour.
